Never Lose Track of a Google Review Again
REVU Vault syncs your Google Business Profile reviews every 15 minutes, flags edits, deletions, and rating changes, and sends a WhatsApp alert within minutes.
Excellent work on our garage door installation. Very professional.
Good service overall, a bit pricey but quality work.
Your Reviews Are Changing. You Just Don't Know It Yet.
Reviews disappear without a trace
Google removes reviews with no notification. Your 4.8 drops to 4.5 overnight, and by the time you notice, you can't even prove those reviews existed.
You find out about bad reviews too late
Checking Google manually means hours or days pass before you see a 1-star review. Your team could have responded in minutes — instead, every potential customer sees it unanswered.
Edits and changes fly under the radar
A customer quietly changes their 5-star review to a 2. The reply you carefully wrote gets deleted. REVU Vault catches both — and logs exactly what changed and when.
The Reviews You Earned Can Vanish Overnight
Twice in 2025, Google reviews disappeared from business profiles and counts dropped overnight — Google confirmed both as display bugs. And a profile suspension, even an unjustified one, can erase your review history for good. REVU Vault keeps an independent, timestamped backup of every review — so a glitch or a suspension never erases your reputation, and your reviews stay yours to use in your own marketing.
